JOSEPH THOMAS

Joe’s particular area of expertise lies in Property and Mediation. Joe has extensive experience of acting for developers, commercial and private clients in the area of conveyancing.

Joe regularly lectures and tutors at CPD events nationwide and in the Law Society on the subjects of Conveyancing, Landlord & Tenant and Mediation. He has also acted as internal examiner on conveyancing in the Law School.

Joe is a member and former chair of the Conveyancing Committee of the Law Society. Joe regularly acts as an expert witness in conveyancing matters. Joe has written and been published on both conveyancing and mediation.

Joe regularly acts as Mediator and Arbitrator in property disputes.

• Holds a Diploma in Commercial Conveyancing from the Incorporated Law Society of Ireland
